Annual Chef Challenge
Now in its 11th year, the Chef Challenge is an annual culinary showdown that brings together the best chefs in the Sioux Falls area. These talented chefs compete to create innovative dishes that meet the year's theme, vying for the coveted title of "Top Chef." Judged by a panel of culinary experts and the public, the event raises funds to support the children of the Children's Home Society of South Dakota. Originally conceived by Chef Tyler Honke and Dennis Aanenson, the Chef Challenge has become a highly anticipated event in the community.
Reducing Food Waste
We are dedicated to minimizing food waste, and our policy reflects that commitment. Any fresh food that hasn’t been served on the buffet is carefully saved, stored at safe temperatures, and delivered to the Banquet. Rest assured, any food you choose not to keep will effectively feed those in need.
