Italian Meatballs in Truffle Marinara Sauce
2- 8 oz jars Mimosa Peach Jam
1 jar Walker wood Jamaican Jerk Rub
- In a small sauce pan mix peach jam and rub and warm over medium high heat until the jam has melted.
- While waiting for your sauce grill or smoke wings until done (We prefer grilled for the flame broiled taste).
- Once chicken reaches 165 degrees remove from grill and toss in sauce and serve immediately.
