How to make lamb gyros


  • Cleaver's pre-cooked and sliced gyro meat
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Naan bread
  • Boar's Head feta
  • Kalamata olives
  • Red onion
  • Tomato


  1. Gently warm your lamb gyro meat in a sauté pan.
  2. When hot remove and use the remaining grease to gently warm your naan bread in. 
  3. After the naan is warm, compose your sandwich by topping naan with gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, feta, olives and tomatoes.  Enjoy!
