Garlic Basil Salmon
- 2 wild salmon filets from Cleaver's
- 4 T of Basil Infused Garlic by "Garlic It"
- Cleaver's Southwest Mesquite Seasoning
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cover a sheet pan with tin foil and place salmon filets on the sheet pan.
- Top with 2 T of garlic per filet, then roast for 10-15 minutes depending on how well you like it done.
- When finished, sprinkle with Cleaver's southwest mesquite seasoning and squeeze fresh lime juice over it. Enjoy!
