Garlic Basil Salmon


  • 2 wild salmon filets from Cleaver's    
  • 4 T of Basil Infused Garlic by "Garlic It"
  • Cleaver's Southwest Mesquite Seasoning
  • Fresh Lime Juice


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cover a sheet pan with tin foil and place salmon filets on the sheet pan.
  3. Top with 2 T of garlic per filet, then roast for 10-15 minutes depending on how well you like it done.
  4. When finished, sprinkle with Cleaver's southwest mesquite seasoning and squeeze fresh lime juice over it. Enjoy!
